Our chapter stretches the coast of Southwest Florida, from the southern end of Tampa Bay down to
the Naples & Fort Myers region - with heavy concentration throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
We are a very active group of industry professionals who benefit from the shared knowledge of each
member, networking opportunities, and camaraderie at each and every event we host or sponsor.

Suncoast Chapter wins Regional Award
'23-'24 CSI Southeast Regional President, and former Suncoast Chapter President, Jennifer Reymundi presented '23-'24 Chapter President Holly Dennis & Chapter Vice President Michael Riccio with an Outstanding Chapter Commendation at the Southeast Region Conference & Awards Ceremony.
Chapter & Region win National Awards
CSI National Conference in Minneapolis,'22-'23 Southeast Regional President, Glen Remmler, and Treasurer, Kris Benton, received distinguished service awards; '23-'24 Suncoast Chapter President, Holly Dennis, & '23-'24 Chapter Vice President, Michael Riccio, were presented with a National Outstanding Chapter Commendation.
Chapter Awarded Girls' Construction Camp
CSI National has given our Suncoast Chapter charter for a free, week-long camp providing teenage girls and young women an opportunity to explore the world of building. Through hands-on experience and projects, the campers walk through the exploration of the architect, engineering, and construction fields.
The CSI Suncoast Chapter is the Southwest Florida regional member of the Construction Specifications Institute. We are committed to facilitate communication, teamwork, and education among the building trades and professions, providing a professional environment where our Different Roles can meet on Common Ground to produce Better Builds.
